I was sixteen when I went to my first UFO conference. The conference was organised by UFO Magazine and was being held at my home town, Solihull. It was a fantastic day, and it was very interesting hearing the different speakers give their lectures. One speaker in particular stood out for me. A middle aged, grey haired man, who had been a police officer before getting involved with the subject of ufology. His lecture on abductions and animal mutilations was absolutely fascinating. He also discussed his own UFO sighting, a sighting which would open his eyes to the reality of extraterrestrial visitation. The man I speak of was of course Tony Dodd. This was to be the first of many times that I would listen to Tony speak at conferences. As I got to know the man through his lectures, I built up certain expectations of him. Tony’s lectures would never fail to feature outstanding UFO and alien contact cases from around the world. Cases which included impressive and undeniable evidence. Cases which proved to me that aliens really are visiting this planet and interacting with the human race. I could always rely on Tony to give a truly enthralling talk which would keep the audience transfixed throughout. He had a very open and straightforward way of speaking, and always got across the facts in as clear a way as possible. As you listened you could tell you were in the presence of an expert in the field, a man with a vast amount of knowledge on the subject who had seen and heard incredible things. Tony’s eyes were opened to the UFO subject back in 1978 when he had a close encounter with a flying disc-shaped craft on the North Yorkshire Dales. He returned to the moor many times and had further UFO sightings, some of which he managed to photograph. The realization that these sightings were real led him to look into the subject in more depth and start to investigate reported sightings. In 1982 he was made director of the Yorkshire UFO Society. As his notoriety grew, he received more and more reports to look into. Over the years he became widely known in the world of ufology, and would often make appearances on television and radio. He was very passionate about his work as a UFO investigator, and you could tell that he enjoyed every minute of it. He was very keen to prove to the public the reality of UFOs, and over the years revealed some truly stunning information. Some of this information was sensitive enough for forces involved with the UFO cover up to intervene. He was threatened on numerous occassions after revealing details of certain cases at various UFO conferences. But despite this he continued, knowing full well the dangers involved. He believed the public had a right to know and was not willing to back down. We should all be extremely thankful for his efforts over the years. Tony wrote a book of his experiences named Alien Investigator. It is highly recommended, and a review of it can be found in the Reccomended Books section of the site. I was sad to hear the recent news that Tony had passed away. To myself, and I’m sure many of you, he was one of the true faces of ufology. On Wednesday 6th May 2010 I met up with BUFOG founders Craig Lowe and Mark Martin to interview them about the group and their thoughts on the group so far. Below is the transcript of this interview. It is an interesting, and sometimes amusing insight into what it’s like to create and run a UFO group. Early Days How long have you known each other for? M: About three years. C: Yea a few years, not that long. How did you first meet? M: Our girlfriends. C: Yeah, through our girlfriends. We went out quite a few times didn’t we? M: Hmmm. We’d all go out together. C: Cause our girlfriends went to school together so we met quite a few times, but neither of us knew we were interested in this subject. M: No. C: And it popped up, I’d left a Timothy Good book out. M: Timothy Good brought us together! (laughs) C: Yeah Timothy Good. He spotted the book and we started talking. M: I said “Is that Timothy Good?” “Yeah, yeah, a UFO book.” “Are you into UFOs?” “Yeah!” C: When you said you knew who Timothy Good was, I thought well if you know Timothy Good then you probably take the subject seriously. M: Yeah. That was at the end of one night when we were both quite p***ed! C: If I remember, the next time we met we didn’t talk much about it did we? M: No. C: We was waiting for each other to start the subject. M: After about an hour and then we started talking about it a bit more and then... C: Bit of a strange night. How did you first get interested in the subject of UFOs? C: Mine was quite strange, from as young as I can remember, always been fascinated with space. I always remember drawing pictures of space men even from about the age of 4. Quite a few strange experiences I had in my bedroom from when I was 3-4, of...seeing things. M: For me Star Wars, 100% Star Wars! Watching Star Wars back in 77, and the possibilities of Star Wars, and thinking about species out there really opened up my mind 100%. George Lucas knows things! C: Yeah. BUFOG Creation When did you first come up with the idea for the group? C: At a UFORM meeting. M: Yeah. The last UFORM meeting we went to. C: We both....Before we knew each other we both wanted to go to UFORM meetings in Stourbridge but we didn’t want to go alone. We got together and said “Shall we go to UFORM?” Went to a couple of lectures didn’t we? M: Only two. C: Two lectures. M: Then the second lecture they announced they were closing. In the car on the way back home from the lecture you spoke about trying to help out. C: Cause we were planning to approach them and ask if we could help. When we found out they were planning to close we decided to form a new group ourselves. What were your main motivations for wishing to create BUFOG? C: I suppose it’s what we’ve read and researched, wanted to prove it to people. M: It was the next natural step for us. It seemed really natural progression from discussing the subject to actually getting a group together, so we could all discuss it together, and open people’s minds up as best as we could. C: Well I think our natural path was we’d probably done about 10/11 years of researching it and it was time then to get the info out to people who didn’t know as much about it. M: So we hoped to start the group, make it as popular as possible, in this area. Why do you feel Birmingham needs its own UFO group? C: Heart of England. M: Yeah. Heart of England, it deserves it! C: I mean you’ve had big groups up North, then South, and it’s always restricted people – if you’re up North then you can’t go down South, but we are at the heart, it’s the heart. How did you come up with the group logo and name? M: I think we more or less came up with BUFOG together. We just thought “Birmingham UFO Group, yeah BUFOG!” C: We just came up with that name and it seemed to stick. M: Yeah, Birmingham UFO Group. What were your main concerns with the creation of the group? M: That nobody would turn up, on the first night especially. C: Yeah. M: That there would be no interest. C: We’d flop from the off, nobody would pay any interest and we’d fall on our face. I suppose seeing a group like UFORM, which had been going for about twelve years, it was well established. They started when there was no internet so it was the only thing people had to go to was the group. M: Mm-hmmm. C: We’ve started when technology’s a part of everyday life. M: Yeah. C: Neither of us have done much public speaking or organising events, so it really was a shit in the woods for us wasn’t it? Cause we hadn’t a clue where to start, what to do. M: Yeah that’s right. How do you let people know about the existence of the group? M: Word of mouth, we told UFORM members who passed it on, we advertise it on the website. C: It was one thing we thought about from the beginning, “How are we going to get people to know about it?” Cause the only contact we had was UFORM members and anybody who contacted us. So far we’ve had 40000 hits on the website so people are obviously finding us. M: The most important thing for us was to get the website up and running, and out there to the world wide audience, and then obviously we tried to get the word around UFORM as much as we could, and then it was word of mouth after that. How did you choose the location for the first meeting? C: Cause we were in here having a drink! That is the answer... M: You can leave that in (Laughs). C: No, no, seriously, we wanted it to be in Birmingham. We did look towards the Oldbury area but obviously that’s going outside of Birmingham. Especially this location here, it’s very accessible. M: The Hagley Road is one of the best known roads in Birmingham. C: It’s one road from the motorway, so it’s a perfect location. What were your main concerns with meeting the members for the first time? C: Shitting ourselves! M: That there’d be people like you! (laughs) C: I think out of everything we’ve done, and how far we’ve come, that was the most nervous we’ve ever been, that first night. M: Yeah sitting in the corner over there. C: We’ve both said in the past, neither of us have been a very public person, if there’s a bunch of people we tend to step back. So becoming the front of it and the centre was quite un-nerving. How do you feel the first meeting went? C: Absolutely fantastic! We expected to get here and there be one person here. M: Yeah. And we were late getting here. C: I remember us both bursting through the door, both out of breath... M: And then there was quite a few people over by the bar. C: It was a pleasant surprise. M: We got a drink, sat down and then everyone was sort of looking at us then, as if to say “Say something then.” C: Maybe if it was a different subject we may not have done it. But probably with the research and background we had we were comfortable with it, we knew what we were talking about. M: That was the key definitely. BUFOG Ongoing What were the reasons for the choice of location for the ongoing meetings and lectures? C: Well it’s next to the Amber Tavern, it’s a very well known pub isn’t it? M: Yeah. C: It’s easy to get to from the motorway, Birmingham. The only thing with the Amber Tavern is they didn’t have a private room, which just would have been perfect, so we had to go with the Midland Red Social Club which is next door to it. What are your regular activities in regards to keeping the group going? M: Research, researching articles, definitely trying to get as much information as possible to provide for the group. C: It’s everything many other groups don’t do. M: Yeah. C: Searching through newspapers, website, meetings, video nights... M: It’s all about information, information is the key to everything. So we research every new sighting we can get our hands on. How do you go about choosing and setting up lectures? C: Strangely enough, the first year it was as if it did it itself wasn’t it? M: In the first year they landed in our lap, second year it’s been a lot more difficult. C: It’s been a lot harder hasn’t it? The first year it was as if it was fate what happened, it did it to get us set up and established, where as this year it’s been kind of...we’ve had to chase people this year. But the first year it was the other way round, people were coming to us. M: It was a lot easier. This year it’s been a lot harder getting people here. Nobody backed out in that first year did they? Nobody. C: For the first year it had all three of us concentrating on the same thing. This second year we’ve got so many different directions... M: Taking on the magazine as well. C: There’s a lot more going on. What were your main reasons for taking on a group investigator? C: It was time wasn’t it, we just hadn’t got time for it. M: In between doing the website and looking at things we really hadn’t got time to go out and see anyone. C: We were having that many requests coming in from people to investigate things. M: “Can you come and see us, can you come and investigate this” “Well no we can’t” C: All we was relying on was people send us the reports and we just publish them, we hadn’t got time to follow it up or... M: That’s all we were doing was reporting sightings. Which is wrong, because we needed to get out there, or get somebody to get out there and do it. What do you think of the members of the group so far? C: I think we’ve got a good collection of people. M: Yeah people from all different backgrounds. C: Middle aged, older aged, professional people, students. Some people think people into this subject are all going to be anoraks, but we are the complete opposite. That was one thing that surprised us. There’s some really interesting people in the group. What are your own highlights and lowlights of the first year and a half of BUFOG? C: Lowlight was the small turnout to some of the lectures we did in the summer. Cause the amount of work you put into it, and then hardly anyone shows up... M: Yeah I think there was one lecture or film night where we only got 11 people, that was really a kick in the balls basically. Highlight was probably Mary Rodwell, or Ann Andrews, or both of them. Mary coming from Australia, and she wanted to do the lecture, she was lovely. C: Possibly another big highlight is just sitting down and seeing what we’ve achieved, what we’ve done. We’ve never had a chance to sit back and get big headed about it. M: No, we ain’t got the time. How do you feel the Kerrang radio interview went? C: I enjoyed that! M: Yeah. C: It was quite good. I expected it to be kind of a bit of the opposite, kind of ridiculing us but that never happened. M: I think I said one word right at the end, I said “Cheers!” C: I think it was good, because I think he had a lot of interest in it which was good. I suppose a lot of people who interview you aren’t really interested in the subject. M: To be fair we were a bit worried that they were going to ridicule us on air, and I think that was our big fear, but to be fair they didn’t. How do you feel about having to cancel the planned UFO conference? M: Ooooo you had to bring that up! C: Pull that knife from out of my back! (laughs) Errr....both ways with that. One it was gutting to get the line up we agreed, would have been a fantastic line up. M: I don’t think it was the right time. Even from the start I felt that possibly it wasn’t the right time. C: I think for the time it was possibly too big for us wasn’t it? M: Yeah, I think we were trying to do too much in such a short space of time. That first year we were all optimistic, we were like “Come on”. C: I suppose it was a big statement for us. M: We wanted to take on the world that first year. C: I think it possibly could have been our downfall. With speakers that big, if it went wrong it could have damaged our reputation. M: We want this to be a huge event, and it will be in the future, it will be the UK’s biggest, so that’s something for the future. C: It was getting harder and harder to sort it out, we were hitting more and more obstacles... M: Maybe it was a sign that it just wasn’t meant to be. C: I think everybody took it well. It’s something to look forward to when we do do it so... M: We still will. What has been your favourite lecture so far and why? M: For me it Mary Rodwell, for you it was... C: Mine was Ann Andrews. M: Yeah. I think you took more to Ann Andrews probably than I did. C: Well I got on with Ann Andrews really well. I was looking forward to Mary Rodwell’s as well but I spent so much time trying to get the computers working. I was concentrating more on making sure everything was working than actually the lecture. I think with Ann Andrews I actually got to sit back and enjoy the lecture. So Ann Andrews was the one for me. M: Mary Rodwell for me definitely. The information, research and the place that she came from, she’d come all the way from Australia, and such a lovely woman as well, she was really nice. C: I think one of the best and well received lectures was yours. Cause you’ve only been researching for a year and... M: You had the best turn out! C: I’ve got to say I thought it was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant lecture. M: It showed we were being a very professional group. C: It showed how good some of the cases have been and that some serious research had been done into them. M: I think before that people may have been thinking that we weren’t doing that much. After that lecture I think people realised exactly what we have been doing. What do you feel are the advantages to running a group specifically for one city/area? M: I think people want to know what’s going on in their area. If they’re interested in this subject, and there’s reports coming in from their area which we are providing, it’s an interesting insight into what’s going on out there. We’re from Birmingham, we’re looking into Birmingham sightings generally, it’s nice to know what’s going on in your area. C: I suppose one thing with it being Birmingham, what with it being Midland based, just think what we’ve got going on around us – airports, air force bases, we’re at a vantage point. The centre of England is Birmingham. What are your plans for the future of the group? C: Conquer the world! (laughs) M: Obviously the conference for the future, we’ll carry on with the meetings, writing the magazine which hopefully will go worldwide. C: Hopefully one day we’ll become much stronger, the central body for UFO reports in the UK, you never know maybe the central body for the world! The agency between them....and the earthlings. Are you worried that you may attract the attention of individuals involved with the UFO cover up? M: I think that’s part and parcel for the subject which we are in. C: I think we need to attract them. Final Question If you met an alien face-to-face, what would be the first question you would ask it? M: Where did you come from? It’s gotta be. Birmingham UFO Group Case Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 19/02/2019 Sighting Details On the evening of Sunday 27th January 2019 Rob was standing just outside the back door of his house on Rymond Road, Hodge Hill, having a cigarette. It was about 7.15pm and a cold but still evening. Due to the time of year the sun had fully set and the stars were visible in the sky between patchy cloud. Rob has a big interest in aircraft and helicopters, and lives under the flight path of Birmingham International Airport, so he is always looking up at the sky. Aerial map of Rymond Road: Aerial map showing Rymond Road (A) and Birmingham International Airport (B): Out of the corner of his eye he suddenly noticed a brief flash of white lights in a curved arc off to his left to the South West. He wasn’t looking directly at that area of sky at that moment but was sure he had seen something. He thought to himself “That’s weird!” and began to stare in the direction he had noticed the lights. Between 90-120 seconds later the lights suddenly reappeared and flashed again! This time he clearly saw them and was absolutely shocked by what he witnessed. For a brief moment he saw about 7 very bright white glowing points of light in a gradual curve formation. However this time when the lights went off they were immediately replaced by a single brighter point of light. This too went off, then began to flash intermittently. Rob was convinced that this single flashing light was directly related to the curve of lights he had seen. Photograph of the sky with the arc of lights drawn on top: He felt sure that what he was looking at was not a helicopter or plane, but something far more unusual. It was hard to judge how high it was, but it was above cloud height. He ran back into the house to call his wife and grab his I-phone. She soon joined him and they returned outside. The light was still present in the sky and he pointed it out to her. He then decided to start filming it. As he lifted up his camera phone he accidentally took a single photograph of the sky, but then began to record video footage. It seemed to be flashing on 4 second intervals, although not all of these flashes were picked up by the camera. The object began moving in a staggered pattern across the sky until it was above the house almost directly overhead. To Rob the path of movement appeared odd and not at all like a normal aircraft. As they watched, they noticed 5 other aircraft in the vicinity, several taking off from the airport, and two at very high altitude. After a couple more flashes the light vanished without trace. About 40 minutes later Rob returned outside to see if it had reappeared. He did see a couple of flashes in the same area of sky where it had vanished, suggesting it was still there. Photograph and Video Analysis Here is the photograph that Rob took of the sky accidentally before starting to film: It is unknown whether the dull white spot towards the centre of the image is the object or just a reflection in the lens. It is possible that Rob managed to capture it here but by no means a definite. Below is the 90 seconds of video footage that Rob recorded: As you can see the white light is clearly visible at certain moments of the footage. The light can be seen at the following seconds - 3, 15, 19, 31, 46, 62, 74, 78. On two occasions the gap between the flashes is 4 seconds. And the gaps between the other flashes are exactly/roughly divisible by 4. This suggests that it may have been flashing constantly at that speed, but the other flashes were obscured by cloud or distance. In the footage Rob can be heard speaking with his wife about the UFO. The transcript for their communication is as follows: W: There's two! It's like it's back-tracking on itself. You sure it's not a plane... R: No. No a plane's just gone over, and as it went over it stopped, but that thing is actually going round in a curve. Lost it again now. W: There it is! Right above us. R: It's moved. W: It's coming over the house. Where's it gone? R: I don't know, it's disappeared. There it is. W: Wow! There's a plane on its way over. R: I thought I was seeing... Here is a still from 3 seconds into the video footage showing the white light: It is clear that there is something there, but sadly due to the distance and the time of day no detail such as shape or possible size can be determined. Sighting Analysis This is a sighting of three parts – the initial arc of bright white lights, the slowly flashing individual light immediately following the arc, then the flashing light observed 40 minutes later. One of the big questions is whether the three were related or not. Rob first noticed the single white light immediately after seeing the curve of lights. While this tends to suggest that they may be related, this may have just down to coincidence. We therefore need to analyse each part of the sighting individually. It is a shame that Rob did not grab his camera sooner and manage to capture the arc of lights which he initially witnessed. This would have been fascinating to see, and certainly left a lasting impression on him. The fact that there were 7 lights spaced apart from one another which all appeared at the same moment puts many mundane explanations out of the question. If they were all attached to a single large object, this would have had to have been massive in size, and clearly not a single plane or helicopter of any kind. A formation of helicopters or jets would have remained visible not just flashed their lights once at the same moment. There are no nightclubs in the area which could have projected spotlights into the sky, and again if this were the explanation they would very likely have been left on for a period of time and clearly visible. A drifting line of LED balloons would have flashed continuously not just twice. The lights appeared twice, once when Rob was not looking directly, and once where he was. This suggests it was not caused by an unusual light reflection. The white flashing light seen in the video footage is of course less impressive. Rob is ex-army and also has a big interest in aircraft, and due to the location of his house he regularly sees planes and helicopters fly over. He also owns a drone and knows how these can appear after dark. He feels sure that none of these can adequately explain what he saw. Due to the flashing it was clearly not a star. The erratic movement also puts out of the question the idea that it could have been a satellite catching the sun’s rays every so often. However as the object was so distant, I feel that a high altitude helicopter or drone cannot be entirely ruled out. When Rob returned outside 40 minutes later he claims to have again seen the white light flash twice in the same area of sky as it had been situated. Could it have been there for this period of time? If so this would possibly point towards a helicopter performing a patrol within the area. It is very unlikely that someone would have still been flying a drone after this amount of time, and any LED balloons would have drifted away. If the individual flashing light was directly related to the arc of lights this could have been a large unidentified craft, possibly of extra-terrestrial origin. And even if the strobing light seen in the footage had a mundane explanation, the initial sighting of multiple lights is much harder to explain. This remains a compelling and mysterious sighting. This is not the first UFO that Rob has witnessed. Back in 2007 he and his wife witnessed a silver coloured cigar-shaped object over Kettering. There is a seperate case report for this incident. Birmingham UFO Group Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 19/02/2019 Sighting Details Back in the summer of 2007 Rob used to live on Orchard Crescent, in the suburbs Kettering. The location is quite rural with very little light pollution. Rob would often sit out in the back garden with his wife and star gaze. Aerial map of Orchard Crescent: One weekend evening around 11.30pm they were doing just that. The sun had fully set and it was a clear and still night, with the moon and stars visible in the sky. Due to the time of year it was not particularly cold. They suddenly noticed that there were many high altitude aircraft in the sky to the North East. They were spaced apart rather than in formation, but all seemed to be heading to the West in the direction of Birmingham. They appeared to be at least 20000 feet up. Despite their height it was possible to see the standard red green and white navigation lights flashing on them. They then noticed another object flying in the opposite direction towards the aircraft. It seemed about the same altitude as the planes but had no flashing lights on it. It looked cigar-shaped and a chrome silver colour. There was no sign of any wings or tail, and no markings on the object. Due to the height it looked at least as large as a civilian aircraft. It was moving at about the same speed as the other planes. They watched for a period of minutes as the cigar-shaped object slowly approached the other aircraft. As it began to get close to them it suddenly vanished without trace. The planes continued to cross the sky then slowly disappeared from view one at a time, probably due to the distance. Rob wondered if the aircraft he and his wife had seen were from RAF Wittering, which is situated at Peterborough 25 miles to the North East of Kettering. Aerial map showing the sighting location (A) and RAF Wittering (B): He contacted the base on the same night. They informed him that no aircraft had taken off from the base after 5pm. Rob informed them of what he had seen. They said that they did not have any information and would investigate. The person on the phone said that they would contact him back, but never did. Sighting Analysis This is an unusual incident due to the number of aircraft seen in the sky at the same time as the UFO. Could the planes have been sent from RAF Wittering to intercept the object? The individual Rob spoke with denied that aircraft had taken off from the base, however if this was what took place they would be very unlikely to admit to it. Although the planes were heading towards the object, they were also heading in the direction of Birmingham Interantional airport. Also they were not in formation, surely if the base had sent planes up to intercept the UFO they would have been in formation rather than spread apart? Perhaps there just happened to be many civilian aircraft in the air at that time, and they were un-related to the object. However as the object appeared to be at the same altitude, there is the possibility that at least one of the pilots of these aircraft observed it. The UFO itself looked similar to one of the more commonly reported craft, both in shape and colour. It clearly was not a normal aircraft. Due to the speed it was travelling at, and the fact that it was metallic rather than glowing, it could not have been a meteorite. As the object did not perform any advanced manoeuvres, there is the possibility it was a large inflatable object. It could not have been a solar airship as these require warm sunlight to become airbourne. But another inflatable such as a blimp is worth considering. It appeared very large, but due to the lack of a point of reference there is the possibility it was lower in altitude than it appeared, and therefore smaller in size. However if this were the explanation how did it suddenly vanish? Rob informed me it was a clear star-filled sky that night, making it less likely that it was hidden from view by cloud cover. From the details of the sighting, it is not possible to clearly identify the object seen. There is therefore the possibility that it was an extra-terrestrial or other advanced craft. This is not the only UFO that Rob has seen in his life. In January 2019 he witnessed a white arc of lights and flashing light which he recorded on video. Birmingham UFO Group Case Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 01/03/2019 UFO witness Barrie is 64 years old and lives in Hall Green, Birmingham. He regularly enjoys sitting out in his back garden and star gazing, and has stared up at the night sky for many hours. Over the years he has understandably seen many unidentified lights at a distance. But he has also had three highly impressive sightings of solid structured objects. The most recent of these sightings took place in the early hours of 27th December 2009. His other previous sightings took place many years ago, but Barrie still remembers them clearly. They have had a lasting effect on him, and changed his views of the universe forever. Aerial map showing location of the three sightings: This report will cover each of Barrie’s UFO sightings, beginning with the oldest. 1964 UFOs Sighting Barrie’s first impressive UFO sighting took place in 1964. He was sitting in his back garden star gazing, close to the back door of his house on Brooklands Road. It was a clear and still night, and quite pleasant. He suddenly noticed in the sky to the South two objects moving in his direction. He soon saw that the objects appeared to be two silver coloured discs, which were reflecting the moonlight. They were about the height of a low flying helicopter. He was amazed by what he was seeing, and got up from his chair. He walked down the garden, watching as the discs approached. The two objects were in close formation, and flying diagonally from one another. They were completely smooth with no visible markings on them, and were completely silent. They were lost from sight behind the roof of his house, and banked up into the night sky out of view. Because of the way that they flew on a straight course and maintained formation throughout, Barrie was convinced that they had been under intelligent control. 1967 UFO Sighting On a clear still evening back in 1967 Barrie was sitting in his back garden of his house sky watching. Suddenly from behind him over the roof of the house came a massive boomerang shaped object, flying at quite a low altitude, Barrie estimates about 400 feet. The main bulk of the object was dull brown in colour. Along its underside were a number of defused white coloured evenly spaced round objects. They looked like large lenses mounted onto the base of the UFO. It almost appeared like the UFO was carrying them, they did not appear to be embedded in its surface. There were no other visible markings on the object at all, it was completely smooth. Barrie immediately assumed the object was a massive craft of some kind. It was so huge it covered most of his view of the sky as it passed silently overhead. Barrie’s garden is 30 feet across, and it was certainly larger than this. Drawing of UFO on photograph of sighting location: The object continued on a straight flight path to the South and Barrie watched it until it disappeared out of sight behind neighbouring housing. Due to its low altitude, Barrie felt that the object may have been crash landing, and almost expected to hear an explosion after it had gone out of sight – but this didn’t happen. Due to the size of the UFO there may well have been other witnesses who have yet to come forward. 27th December 2009 UFO Sighting On Boxing Day 2009, Barrie went to bed about 10pm. His wife was out visiting her brother. Barrie awoke to hear her arrive home at 12.30am. As his wife got ready for bed, he decided to go downstairs and make a cup of tea. He looked out of the kitchen window out to the back garden. It was a very clear and dry night, with very little cloud cover. He decided he would go and look at the stars for a short while from outside the back door. The sky was a dark pastel blue colour with small white clouds moving to the South East. Despite being clear, it was quite windy and cold. At 1.47am, Barrie looked to the South down the garden. He noticed an object in the sky above and to the right of the neighbouring house. It appeared to be about the same height as the lowest clouds in the sky. As he watched, the object moved very rapidly in a curved trajectory towards him. It then came to a halt for a split second, before moving back in a curve the other way. It continued to perform these curved zigzagging manoeuvres, each time stopping for a moment between them, approaching his position. Barrie was absolutely astounded by the movement pattern of the object. UFO route on photograph of sighting location: As it got closer he could see it was a dull dark grey coloured disc, with a number of small semi-circular extensions equally spaced around it’s edge. It had a smooth surface but did not appear to be reflecting the moonlight. It was hard to gauge the size of the object as there was no point of reference to compare it against. Drawing of UFO as viewed from underneath: The disc flew overhead, and Barrie got a clear view of the shape of it from underneath. It continued zigzagging on a Northerly course until he lost sight of it over the roof of his house. Barrie says he was gobsmacked by the sighting and it was truly incredible to watch. The movements the object was making clearly appeared regular and deliberate. The sighting lasted for about 3 minutes. Barrie had a camcorder in the house, but did not want to miss anything so did not go and get it. Photograph of house roof where witness lost sight of UFO: After the object had disappeared from view, he woke up his wife and told her all about what he had just seen. He had another cup of tea, then went to check the sky again to see if anything else appeared. He saw nothing so soon decided to go to bed. The following night he stayed up very late watching the sky, but there was much greater cloud cover and he did not see anything. Conclusion All three of these sightings are very impressive sue to the appearance of the objects and their movement patterns. Most usual explanations can immediately be discounted. In all three cases, the objects were clearly not conventional aircraft of any kind. Due to Barrie’s experience in watching the sky, and the fact that he lives close to Birmingham International Airport, he can easily recognise aircraft and how they appear when coming in to land. He also knows how to recognise other objects seen in the night sky such as meteorites or satellites. The objects he saw in these incidents looked completely different, and were all silent, even when right overhead. The silver disc-shaped objects flew on a level flight path right across the sky, and maintained their position from one another. This certainly suggests they were under control and not randomly drifting. Barrie’s most recent sighting was even more impressive, with highly unusual controlled movements that were against the wind direction. The purpose of these manoeuvres is unknown, but they were completely regular in timing and distance covered. The boomerang-shaped UFO is highly unlikely to have been a model due to its massive size. There was no visible means of propulsion, and to power something so large would certainly have made quite a noise, yet it was completely silent after dark when sound can be more easily heard. The appearance of the object is a little reminiscent of the craft seen during the Phoenix Lights incident, but that craft was black and had white lights along its underside, not strange lens-like attachments. However one possibility worth considering is that these “lenses” were in fact lights which were just switched off at the time. Both I and Barrie find it unlikely that these sightings could be of secret military craft – it is improbable that they would have flown them over a highly populated city in plain sight, and at such low altitude. There are also no military-owned bases in the local area. After assessing all the evidence, I feel there is a good chance that these sightings were of genuine extraterrestrial craft. Many UFO sightings have proved time and time again that our visitors fly wherever they choose to, and do not just stick to rural lesser-populated areas. Barrie feels very lucky to have had these experiences. He realises that many go through their entire life without ever seeing one UFO, yet he has now had three very impressive sightings. Birmingham UFO Group Case Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 08/11/2018 For reasons of anonymity nicknames have been used There are many cases on record where although no actual UFO was seen, the details suggest that an unusual aerial object was in the vicinity. This is one such case, which was reported to me by one of my girlfriend Tasha’s friends nick-named “Squirrel” in October 2018. Sighting Details The incident occurred in the mid 80s, between 1984-1985 when Squirrel was 7-8 years old. At the time her father was a corporal in the armed forces. For this reason they lived in the garrison town of Tidworth on Lahore Close. One of her father’s friends was a SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) Sister. She lived a number of miles away from Tidworth. Squirrel cannot recall the direction or road name. Aerial map of Lahore Close: One autumn evening they set out to visit her house in their car. Squirrel was sat on the back seat, with her father at the wheel. It was mid to late evening. It was quite cold and there was a light drizzle in the air. They were on a road with woodland on both sides, and a shooting range off to their right. The road had a military checkpoint on it with a number of barbed wire security posts and a guard in uniform, suggesting that they were heading from civilian onto military-owned land. Her father slowed the car to a halt and showed the guard his ID. They were waved past the checkpoint, and continued driving along the road. A short distance on they passed a flat bed truck driving in the opposite direction. A moment later everything changed. Suddenly the air began to feel really heavy and still, and everything seemed to slow right down. The car slowed to a halt. Her father told her to stay in the car. He then opened the door and stepped outside. A moment later he got back in without saying a word. Nothing happened for several seconds. Then suddenly a bright light approached from the rear of the car. It was a pale yellow colour and appeared to flood the entire area around the vehicle. The light seemed to pass over the top of the car and then halt. Squirrel was absolutely terrified and confused about what was going on. Looking through the rear view window she could see that the truck had pulled over onto the grass. It is very likely that the driver was also aware of what was taking place. The light remained there for a couple of minutes. There was a pressure in the air which felt like it was crushing her. Then suddenly without warning the light vanished. Immediately everything went back to normal. Squirrel was very upset and confused about what had just taken place. She asked her father what happened and he said “It’s over, it’s done, I don’t want to talk about it.” He then continued the drive to his friend’s house. Squirrel informed me that her father rarely drank, but she remembers him drinking heavily that night. In August 2018 she brought up the incident with him in conversation. All he said was that it was a weird night and he had never seen anything like it. He was quite hesitant to go into further detail, but Squirrel believes that he must have seen the source of the light when he got out of the car. Sighting Analysis While no object was seen, it is clear that there was something emitting a very bright unusual light which was in the air and which approached the car, then hovered over it for a period of time. Of course, given the fact they were on military land, it would be easy to put this down to a helicopter. However there are a number of reasons why this does not seem likely. The heavy feeling in the air and sensation that time had slowed down is something that has been reported before in numerous close encounter cases. It seems very likely that it was the presence of the object which was causing these effects, as the area went back to normal as soon as the light had vanished. Squirrel says that if it had been a helicopter she would have certainly been able to hear the rotor blades, yet it was completely silent. Also the reaction of her father clearly points towards something more unusual. If it was not a helicopter what else could it have been? It could not have been an aircraft, as this would not have been able to hover motionless over the car. Could it have been an earth light or ball lightning? Although there was a light drizzle, the weather was not stormy, so ball lightning seems very unlikely. The light being emitted from the object seemed very bright, and it halted over the vehicle, then suddenly went off, all of which suggest it was artificial rather than natural. Given the strange effects to the local area and the lack of sound I feel there is certainly the possibility that the source of the light was an unusual craft, perhaps of extra-terrestrial origin. Birmingham UFO Group Contact Case Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 28/09/2018 In April 2018 I was contacted by a lady named Pat from Stockton-On-Tees, Middlesbrough, via Facebook messenger. She informed me that she had experienced a number of both interesting and terrifying incidents earlier in her life which she wanted to discuss with me. She mentioned that these experiences could not be easily explained, and got her interested in the paranormal. I soon got back to her and over a series of phone conversations we discussed what had happened to her over the years. As you will see, Pat has had a wide variety of experiences, some of which appear to have clear links with contact. Rectangular UFO Sighting Pat’s first UFO encounter occurred in 1969 when she was 16. She lived with her family on Loweswater Crescent, Stockton-on-Tees, Teeside. The area is quite rural and near to some open farmer’s fields. One night she was woken up by a tremendous thundering noise like a constant roaring jet engine. She was not aware of the time as she did not check the clock, but felt that it must have been between 2-4am. Pat got out of bed and walked over to the window to see if she could locate the source of the sound. It was a clear and still night, with stars visible in the sky. Over the houses on the opposite side of the road about 60 feet up she saw a massive rectangular-shaped object in the sky, flying low over the roofs of the houses. There were red green and blue coloured lights around the edge which were winking on and off at random rather than constantly flashing. Due to the darkness it was hard to tell exactly what colour the object was but it appeared to be dark. It was absolutely huge and Pat assumed the sound was coming from it. Witness drawing of the rectangular UFO with notes: Pat did not call her mother as she was too fascinated by the object. She did not own a camera at the time. She got up onto the window ledge to continue observing it. It slowly moved on a straight course to the North West over the nearby technical college. As it moved its shape seemed to change to triangular, probably due to the angle she was viewing it at rather than it physically altering shape. It was now that Pat fully realised how large the object was. If it was indeed over the college then she estimated it was about 200 feet across. Pat did not go to tell her mother about it as it was the middle of the night. However in the morning she mentioned it to her. Her mother had not woken up or heard a thing. Later on at college she told her boyfriend and her friends about what she’d seen. The sound which Pat heard is one of the fascinating aspects of this particular incident. UFOs are usually silent or emit a low humming noise. Yet this noise was extremely loud, if it was indeed coming from the object (Which seems probable). If so, then why did nobody else seem to be woken up by it? It was confirmed that Pat’s mother did not hear anything, and if other people in the vicinity had heard it surely Pat would have seen them coming out onto the road or heard about it on the news or in the paper? Could it have been something that Pat alone was picking up on? Telekinesis It is not just Pat who has experienced things out of the ordinary. Her brother Steven has had a number of fascinating experiences too. One day in 1968 when he was 17 he was out at a café in Billingham town centre with his girlfriend Alison. He ordered a cup of tea and when it turned up he realised it had no sugar in it. The sugar bowl was on another nearby table. According to both Steven and Alison, the sugar bowl lifted up into the air of its own accord and floated across onto their table! Steven was not actively willing it to do this, it just did. He was amazed at what had occurred and told Pat all about what had happened. On another occasion, according to Steven he was lying on his bed at their house on Loweswater Crescent, Stocktonand, Teeside. He decided he wanted to read a particular book. The book was inside a box underneath the bed. Again without any intention, the box apparently slid out from under the bed by itself! Although Pat did not directly witness these incidents she has no reason to doubt they took place. The incident at the café was confirmed by Alison. And her brother seemed fascinated by the incidents rather than like someone trying to make up stories. Psychic abilities are commonly reported by contactees. And contact often runs in families. Could Steven have been displaying abilities brought about as a direct or indirect side effect of ET contact? Ghosts Both Pat and Steven went to drama college at Guildford between 1970-1972. They lived in a share house on York Road with another student named Jeff. Sometimes their landlady, who was Czechoslovakian would also stay there, other times she would be away visiting family. During the years spent at the house a number of paranormal experiences took place. Aerial map of York Road: On a number of occasions they would hear sounds coming from the bathroom like someone was in there having a bath, even though everyone was accounted for. They could hear running water, splashing and sounds of movement. When they checked the bathroom door they would find it locked from the inside. Later on it would unlock itself. Pat never remained outside the bathroom door to wait for it to do this as it was quite un-nerving. On one occasion this was heard by the landlady during the night, who then came and asked who was having a bath at two in the morning. Everyone confirmed they had been asleep in their rooms at the time. On one the times that it occurred Pat’s mother was staying over at the house and also heard the noises. Before leaving she said to Pat “I don’t like you staying here, it doesn’t feel right.” On another occasion, Pat was alone in the house with her pet dog. The landlady was away on holiday, and Steven and Jeff were on a theatre trip. She awoke during the middle of the night to hear the sounds of lots of voices coming from downstairs. It sounded like a party going on. She was convinced the noises were coming from within the house not echoes from nearby. The dog woke up and started to growl at the sounds. Pat got out of bed and went to the closed bedroom door to listen more closely, as it was hard to make out what the voices were saying. She then heard the sound of footsteps come along the landing outside the room. She quickly opened the door expecting to find a burglar. Everything immediately fell silent. Terrified she closed the door and jumped back into bed, and eventually managed to drop off to sleep. One night Pat had a very unusual dream. She was in her room when she suddenly heard a loud hammering sound on the door of her brother and Jeff’s room. She walked out of her bedroom to take a look and saw a giant battering his fists against the door. This was where the dream ended. In the morning when she went downstairs she told the boys about the dream. Jeff almost fell off his chair in surprise. He exclaimed “I can’t believe it! I was woken in middle of the night by a banging on the door. I didn’t dare get up and open it!” Had it been more than just a dream? Could Pat have heard something banging on the door during the night which led to her mind concocting it? There were also a number of occasions where objects would mysteriously vanish and re-appear. The landlady owned a large silver-coloured lighter which she would keep on the kitchen table to light the gas cooker. One day she asked Pat, Steven and Jeff “Who’s taken the table lighter?” It had inexplicably vanished from the table. Everyone denied taking it. On a Sunday morning a couple of months later Pat was sitting at the kitchen table eating cereal. Suddenly out of the corner of her eye she saw an object suddenly emerge from the corner of the ceiling, fly down through the air and roll across the floor to her feet. It was the lighter! It had seemingly materialised from the ceiling of the kitchen. Before one of her holidays away, the landlady informed everyone that she’d lost her glasses and asked whether anyone had seen them. Nobody had so she had to leave without them. She was gone for several weeks. On the day before her return to the house Pat had just returned to the house after going out when she saw the glasses placed on a rose bush right next to the front door! She was convinced that they had not been there previously as she had obviously been to and from the house many times over those few weeks. Brother’s Missing Time Around the same time period that Pat heard the sounds of voices coming from downstairs at the share house, her brother had been out one evening at the theatre (Pat cannot recall the name). It was 10pm and there were no taxis around so he decided to walk home. The theatre was only twenty minutes walk from their house, but when he arrived home he found that the time was now 12.30am. There was over two hours missing time which he could not account for. He was certain that it had been 10pm when he set off for home. Colour Changing Orb In 1975 Pat moved into a house on South Way, Harrow. In a summer month between 1978-1980, Pat had another UFO sighting alongside a friend. At the time Pat kept some horses in some nearby stables situated between Harrow and Stanmore. It was around 10pm and she was walking home from the stables with her friend Jackie. They would make this journey regularly to check up on the horses. Aerial map of South Way: Usually they would drive to the stables but on this occasion they were walking. It was a clear and still evening. As they were walking along the road side Pat noticed a glowing object in the sky almost directly overhead. It looked like a glowing orb of light which was changing between a yellow and red colour. It appeared to be at quite high altitude, and if so this meant it was quite large in size. The object was moving on a straight course at a slow speed. The girls stared up at it for about a minute trying to decipher what it could be. Neither of them had a camera on them. As the sighting occurred so long ago Pat has no recollection of how it came to an end. She assumes they must have just stopped looking at it and continued on their way home. If this sighting were to have occurred in more recent years I may have suggested that it was possibly a Chinese lantern, although these tend to be a more amber orange rather than a distinct red or yellow. As these are lit from within they can give off yellow-red colours and also drift on a slow straight course usually. And Pat could have potentially been mistaken about the altitude, sometimes smaller objects can appear to be larger and further away, especially after dark. However lanterns were not readily available back in the 1970s, so this makes the sighting more intriguing. Further Paranormal Activity The share house in Gilford is not the only property where Pat has experienced ghostly goings on. By 1981 she had married her boyfriend Henry and they had moved into a house in Lincolnshire with their two young children and Pat’s mother. As Henry was in a band they were never tied down to a particular place. The room where Pat slept was pitch black at night as there were no nearby street lights outside. One night she awoke to hear the sound of a woman’s voice. It was mumbling and unclear but was definitely female and sounded like it was coming from mid-air in the room. Pat quickly nudged her husband who woke up and also heard the voice. Within seconds it faded out and stopped. They switched on the light and got out of bed, then both searched the entire house, but there was nobody there and the kids and her mother were fast asleep in their own rooms. Also on several occasions Pat heard the distinct sound of children crying on the landing outside the bedroom door. She would wake up during the night to hear the sounds, but when she got up to check, the noises would immediately stop, and when she went to check on her children they would be asleep. On another weekend one of Pat’s friends came to stop over. There were no spare rooms so she slept downstairs. In the morning Pat went down to find her friend had left. When she rang her to see what happened, her friend said that she was terrified the whole time. Pumpkin Head By 1983 Pat had married her boyfriend and they had moved into a house on The Causeway, Basiborne along with her mother and two children. It was a rural address which backed onto open fields. Her husband was in a band and would often be away on tour. Aerial map of The Causeway: One night in the summer of either 1986 or 1987 while her husband was away Pat awoke in the middle of the night with a buzzing sensation passing right through her head. She wondered what the sensation was and so opened her eyes. When she did she found the room was bathed in white glowing light. At the base of the bed to the right of her feet was a being dressed in a hooded robe. It was slightly wavering back and forth, giving the impression it was hovering off the floor. It had a pale coloured skin and oval-shaped black eyes which reminded her of a Halloween pumpkin. It had a rounded head and a long thin neck. Pat does not recall seeing a nose or mouth as she was transfixed on its large eyes. She was also absolutely terrified of it and closed her eyes. The being was a Grey, but Pat was unaware of the contact subject at this time so did not recognise it as such. But then out of the corner of her left eye she saw it had moved and was now standing right alongside her. As she turned her head to look more clearly the being leaned on down and stared right into her face! Shocked and frightened Pat retreated down to the base of the bed and pulled the covers over herself for protection. Drawing of the Grey leaning close: She does not recall what happened next, she just remembers waking up in the morning. She soon told her mother about what she had seen. Her mum put it down to a dream, but Pat was convinced she had been awake and it was there in the room with her. She continued to think about the experience, and nicknamed the being “Pumpkin Head”. A number of months later she went on tour with her husband to Amsterdam. While exploring they visited a book shop. Pat began browsing through the books, which were mostly written in Dutch. All of a sudden she came across a book with a familiar face on the front. “Look! That’s my Pumpkin Head!” she exclaimed excitedly to her husband. The realisation that someone else had seen a similar being made her go cold. The book was none other than Communion by Whitley Strieber. The cover of his book is famous for causing strong emotional responses in contactees, and shows one of the Greys he has interacted with on a number of occasions. Front cover of Communion: When Pat returned to the UK she purchased a copy of the book in English. She was both terrified and fascinated to read it, and wondered what else may have happened to her. From this point onwards Pat has had a big interest in the UFO and contact subject and seeks answers to her own experiences. Zig-Zagging Orb In 1987 Pat and her family moved to a house on Thrapston Road in Huntingdon. After living there about a year, one of Pat’s friends decided to start up a paranormal group. They used to hold meetings at the home of one of her friends named Ann in a village close to Huntingdon about 20 minutes drive from her home. Aerial map of Thrapston Road: In the summer time at one of their group meetings they invited a particular UFO researcher who was also named Pat along to give a talk. The meeting finished around midnight and everyone headed outside to chat. It was a clear and still night with a good view of the stars overhead. All of a sudden the UFO researcher pointed out a white coloured orb of light crossing the sky. Everyone looked up at it. Initially it appeared to be a satellite but then it began to zig-zag back and forth across the sky, performing sharp turns, and sometimes even back tracking on itself. It was at very high altitude or out in orbit, but was clearly not a satellite. Drawing showing the path of the orb: The object was moving quite slowly and remained in view for a good period of time. After watching it for about 20 minutes everyone decided to set off for home with it still present in the sky. Sadly nobody there had a video camera with them to record the movement of the object, and even if they had it is dubious as to whether it would have come out. What the object was remains a mystery. It could potentially have been a high altitude helicopter but the movement path seems odd for this to have been the case, and usually other flashing lights would be visible. It could not have been a normal aircraft as the turns were too sharp. Drones were not available back then so this can be ignored as an explanation. The Wand On a night around 1989 Pat had an absolutely terrifying experience. Once again her husband was away on tour at the time so she was in the room alone. She recalls waking up in the night to find the bedroom door was open, despite having closed it when she went to bed. She saw some light coming from outside of the room, and saw the movement of a figure enter the room. At first she thought it was her husband back from tour early but soon realised it wasn’t. The figure stepped towards the bed. It was in shadow so she could not see it too clearly but was aware it was holding a silver-coloured stick/wand shaped object in one of its hands. It reminded Pat of a car radio aerial. As it moved closer Pat realised there were also other shorter figures standing in the room, but her attention was drawn towards the one with the wand. For some reason Pat felt that if it succeeded in doing so she was going to die. She was absolutely horrified and fought to prevent this from happening. She found that she could not move her arms or legs but started thrashing around her head to prevent the being from touching it. Suddenly she was no longer up on the pillow but was down near the base of the bed thrashing around at the air. The figures were all gone. It was about 2.30am. She leapt up out of bed completely terrified about what had just occurred and was extremely upset. She ran through into her mother’s room and woke her up. When she told her mother about it she just said it must have been a nightmare, but Pat was adamant that it had been real. She did not want to go back to bed as she was so shaken up, so she and her mother headed downstairs for a cup of tea. They sat and chatted for about two hours until Pat had finally calmed down enough to go back up to bed. But as soon as she trod on the base of the stairs a feeling of dread overcame her. She tried to dismiss it and said goodnight to her mother, then went back to her own room. As soon as she switched off the light and lay back down it immediately started again! The same being with the wand was in front of her. Before she could shout out she heard a voice inside her mind say to her “Relax, you’re not going to die.” The being then touched her on the head with the wand. She felt her body go completely paralysed and then blacked out. Again she came round, and found herself underneath the covers at the base of the bed. A period of time had passed (Pat can’t recall how long). Again she jumped out of bed and woke her mother up, telling her it had happened again. The fear was so great that she did not go back to bed after that point and stayed awake till morning. It was such a terrifying incident that she was not able to sleep right for days following it. In the end she settled down and put it behind her, but even today it still weighs heavy on her mind. On 7th May 2018 Pat during the case investigation Pat decided to speak with her brother about this experience to see if he recollected anything about it. Although Pat has no memory of this, he said to her that she had bruises on her right arm which she could not account for following the incident. This certainly sounds like a visitation, possibly one which preceded an abduction. Some of the aspects also fit with sleep paralysis, however some of what Pat has shared do not fit with this explanation. The being returned again as soon as Pat had laid back down after being wide awake for a number of hours. Yes she could well have been sleepy after being up half of the night, but surely it would not have occurred so rapidly if it was a sleep-related hallucination? The object that the being was holding has been reported before in numerous other cases so has a definite link with ET contact, and the being also spoke telepathically with her putting her mind at ease. Again this is very common, the Greys often try to comfort individuals by talking with them in this manner. Inside Out Around the same time period as the incident involving the being holding the wand, Pat awoke one morning to find that her nightie was on inside out. It was quite different on the inside and she was convinced that she had not accidentally put it on that way when she went to bed. Pat has informed me that she is not prone to sleep walking or getting up during the night, so why it was found that way is a mystery. This incident may not have anything to do with contact but has been included because there are a number of cases on record where abductees have awoken after an experience to find that their clothes have been put back on wrongly. It appears that sometimes after conducting examination procedures the ETs are either unaware of how to put their clothing back on in the correct fashion, or are but do not appear to care. Could Pat have been taken during this night and then had the memories of the experience removed? Air Traffic Control In late Autumn of 1996 Pat had two separate sightings of what appeared to be the same UFO. She and Henry had now moved to their current house in Stockton-On-Tees. Henry had been away on tour around Europe and asked Pat to go and pick him up from Darlington train station. She set off around 7.30pm. It was a clear, still but cold evening and due to the time of year the sun had fully set. By around 7.45pm she was driving along the A66 motorway. It is quite a busy road and there were lots of other vehicles around. She was heading along a stretch of road with Durham Tees Valley International Airport to the South. It was quite rural and in between the road and airport were a number of open farmer’s fields. It was circular and appeared to have a number of rectangular shaped windows with bright light coming from within. She thought to herself “I’ve never noticed that before, it must be new. They must be planning to extend the airport.” Due to the darkness the light coming from it was quite pronounced. Pat stared at it as she drove past until it was out of sight. Photograph showing the fields over which the object was seen: She continued the remainder of the journey without giving it much more thought. However on the return home she decided to look for it again off to the right. She was not able to see it at all. She was a little puzzled by this as it had been so bright, but assumed that she must have got the location wrong. A fortnight later, Pat was once again required to pick her husband up from Darlington station after another week away with the band. Again it was a clear and very dark evening. On the way to the station she looked for the ATC tower but could not see it anywhere. She thought to herself how strange it was that it was no longer visible. By the time she’d picked up Henry and they were travelling back along the A66 it was about 8.30pm. It was very busy on the road. Pat was driving about 50mph and chatting with her husband about his latest tour. Suddenly she noticed a white light in the sky ahead of them. It appeared to be about 1000 feet up and was heading in their direction. She initially assumed it was a plane. She continued to watch it approach, expecting to start to make out strobe lights but this never occurred. The object began to get closer and closer, and as it did Pat realised it was also descending! She pointed it out to Henry saying “Look! Look at this light!” As it got closer Pat began to see what the object looked like. She was amazed to see that it was what she had assumed was the ATC tower a fortnight before. It was a disc-shaped object with a row of rectangular shaped windows around the central rim. It appeared to be metallic but it was quite dark so this was hard to see clearly. It was about the size of a large car. Pat wondered why nobody else on the road was stopping or reacting to its presence. Drawing of the disc-shaped UFO: Suddenly the UFO turned and headed off to their left above a disused railway line. It then suddenly halted dead in the air hovering about 20 feet off the ground. They drove past it staring at it in amazement out of the left window. Due to the amount of traffic on the road Pat had no way of stopping the car without potentially causing a hold up or accident so she kept driving. A few minutes later they came to a junction and were able to turn the car around and head back down to where it was situated. However when they got back there the object had vanished without trace. They had no choice but to turn the car around again and head back home. Drawing showing the movement path of the UFO: This is a fascinating couple of incidents. To have two sightings of the same UFO on two separate occasions is quite rare, and seems unlikely to be a coincidence. The object certainly appears to have been a structured disc-shaped craft and the manoeuvres it performed during the second sighting certainly suggest it was under intelligent control. If it had not been seen on the second occasion it could have easily been put down to a temporary structure or farm machinery in the field, but Pat is certain that it was the same object in both sightings. And the fact that it descended towards Pat’s car and then stopped and hovered nearby perhaps suggests that it was directly observing her. We are unlikely to ever know for sure. Conclusions Pat has had an impressive number of UFO sightings and ghostly encounters throughout her life, most of which have also involved other witnesses. Her other experiences certainly appear to have involved visitations by Greys, and while she does have any memories of being aboard craft at present this does not mean that abductions have not taken place. Unfortunately I am not able to speak with her brother directly about his experiences as he does not wish to discuss them at present. Pat comes across as very honest, open and down-to-Earth lady and I have absolutely no doubt that she has actually experienced what she has informed me about. The interpretation of these experiences is up to you, but I feel there is sufficient evidence that Pat is a contactee. Birmingham UFO Group Case Report Author: Dave Hodrien Release Date: 05/05/2018 Note: For reasons of anonymity pseudonyms hav been used for some witnesses and certain location names have been omitted Possible Implant & Hole through Arm One day in the spring of 2014 Tina went round to visit her mother. When she grabbed hold of the door handle with her right hand she felt a sharp pain. When she checked her hand she saw that there was a small lump under the surface of the skin, about 5mm across. It was situated a couple of inches below her middle finger. The lump continued to cause her irritation so she decided to visit her GP to enquire about it. He performed an X-Ray and informed her that there was something present inside her hand but was unable to confirm exactly what it was. He referred her to the hospital for day surgery to have it removed. Several days later she received the appointment via letter. The operation was only minor and was over extremely fast. Within several minutes the object was removed from her hand under local anaesthetic using surgical scissors. It appeared to be a black slimy looking spherical object a few millimetres across, possibly covered in a membrane. Attached to either side of it was a black and grey membrane with white at each end. Drawing showing an enlarged view of the extracted object: The surgeon swiftly placed the object into a small glass jar and it was taken away. He then sewed up her hand, then put a pressure bandage on her right arm up to the elbow. Scar left on Tina’s hand from the operation: After the operation Tina noted that the surgeon and others present seemed puzzled. When she asked about what had been removed they informed her that they had not seen anything like it before, and that it had to be sent off for further analysis. She was asked to return to her GP two days later to have the bandage removed. During the following night Tina saw a white flash of light and woke up with a start. She then realised her hand was no longer aching, where as it had been when she had gone to sleep. Looking at her right arm she noticed a drop of blood close to her elbow. When she pulled back the bandage to check she found a neat round hole either side of her arm. There was no pain at all and the holes seemed clean, the only blood being the drop which had seeped into the bandage! In the morning she returned to her GP as scheduled. When she showed him the holes in her arm he was extremely shocked. He exclaimed “Tina did you fall over? Have you impaled yourself on something? What happened?” She explained that she had just gone to bed like normal and had not injured her arm in any way. He was fascinated by the wounds and lifted up her arm and squeezed her skin and hand in various ways. He confirmed to her that the hole went right through her arm, and that he had never seen anything like it before. He was amazed that there was no pain or swelling, and hardly any blood seeping from the holes. He was also concerned that perhaps this was down to nerve damage in her arm, but soon confirmed that this was not the case. He said that he did not want to stitch up the wounds as he could not explain how they had occurred. The only sensation Tina had that the wounds were there at all was slight irritation which lasted less than a day. Within several days the holes had healed over with skin leaving dark red-brown coloured circular scars. These scars are still clearly visible today. Photographs of the scars caused by the hole through Tina’s right arm: Could the object which was removed have been another implant? It certainly appears quite similar to the object that Tina got Gavin to extract back in 1999. If so this would explain why the surgeons were so puzzled by it. It is a shame that they never informed Tina of what it could potentially be. If it was an implant that was extracted, perhaps Tina had a contact experience during the night as a result of this extraction. If so, then the hole through her arm could have been caused by an instrument which was used on her during this experience. It is hard to put this injury down to something mundane. There was nothing in Tina’s house which could have accounted for the injury, and she would have had to have pushed her arm against something extremely forcefully for it to have punctured a neat hole right the way through. She is not prone to sleep walking or thrashing her arms about in her sleep. And of course if she had somehow managed to injure herself in this way she would have woken up in agonising pain. There would also have been much more blood and irritation around the entry and exit hole. The fact that the injury occurred just a day after the object was removed from her hand certainly suggests that they may have been related. If so, this is the most extreme injury I have ever investigated relating to contact. Partner’s Abduction In August or September of 2015 Tina and her partner Richard decided to have an early night. It was very hot so they left the windows open and the blinds up. It was a full moon and the stars were visible in the sky. As she lay in bed Tina suddenly began to feel worried and alert, but didn’t know why. After a while the feeling went away and she settled down to sleep on the left side of the bed like usual. She awoke at some point during the night. She was in a foetal position facing to the right and could not move. She realised that Mark was missing from alongside her. Her eyes seemed to be bulging out more than usual, and the bed sheets were also drawn back. Standing in the room close to the door about 3 feet away was a strange being. It had milky white luminescent skin and was about 3.5 feet tall. It was very slender like a Grey. However its head appeared to be shaped like a flattened cylinder, almost like a biscuit tin. Beyond it was a glowing blue-green light with no determinate source. The being was facing side on to Tina, so she could not see its facial features, but could see the side of, and even part of the back of, its head. Around the side of its head was a raised ridge which reminded her of a bandage. The back of its head looked less smooth than the sides, and was covered in lumps which reminded her of mashed potato. It appeared to be looking at a photograph and several teddy bears that were on the bedside table alongside Richard’s side of the bed. Tina felt sure that the being knew she was awake and observing it, but it did not interact with her in any way. The last thing Tina recalls is seeing a bright white flash of light. Drawing showing the position of the being and the bedside table: She woke up in the morning like usual. Richard was back alongside her. He appeared to have no recollection of anything odd taking place. However he soon began to complain that he felt unwell and that his throat hurt. Tina did not want to worry him so did not mention what had happened during the night. Unfortunately Richard did not recover and his symptoms steadily got worse and worse from that point. He also began to lose weight at an alarming rate. About six weeks later, Tina finally informed him about what had taken place. He was quite disturbed by what she told him. In the end Tina took him to see a specialist at the hospital. When they performed a blood test they discovered that, similar to Tina, the level of one of his enzymes was massively higher than normal. However instead of ALT, it was his level of Amylase, an enzyme produced by the pancreas. The level was so high that the specialist felt he did not have long to live. At first they assumed it may be cancer, however when they performed a scan they could find no sign of that. Both he and Tina had also began to suffer from pains in their chest. When further tests were performed the doctors discovered they both had stomach ulcers at exactly the same place! Medical notes confirming Tina’s and Richard’s stomach ulcers: Over the next 10 months both he and Tina took pills to treat their ulcers. These steadily subsided, and Richard’s enzyme levels also dropped back down. However he remains in a very ill state and has been prescribed liver cancer treatment drugs despite the fact they have not been able to find any sign of this. They have recommended that he remains on these drugs for the foreseeable future. Whatever has caused both Tina’s and Richard enzyme levels to greatly increase, the doctors confirmed it was not contagious, and is not something that one of them could have passed on to the other. Also the fact that they both had a stomach ulcer at the same location cannot be put down to this explanation. While it would be easy to view their symptoms as purely medical conditions, there is the possibility that they have both been taken and had procedures performed on them which has led to these ailments. So far I have not come across any other cases where this has occurred, but I am continuing to search for some. Partner’s Chest Marking One morning in February 2016 Richard got up out of bed. Tina noticed a sore looking patch of skin on the left side of his chest just under his rib cage. She was certain it had not been there previously. The marking looked like a curved heart shape. They checked the bed but found nothing which could account for it. Tina says that he is not prone to sleepwalking so it is unlikely he got out of bed and bumped into something during the night. Richard tried touching the marking and confirmed there was no pain. Within a couple of hours the redness died down but a pale scar still remained, a scar which is present to this day. Photograph of the scar on Richard's chest: This marking did not seem linked with any particular experience, at least none that Richard could remember. It may of course have a mundane explanation, however it does seem significant due to the fact that it left a lasting scar. Implant Replacement? In late 2016 Tina’s right hand began hurting again. She noted that another small lump was now present about an inch above the scar from the previous extraction. There was no signs of any puncture marks and no explanation for what the lump could be. She went back to hospital but was informed that this time due to the position of the lump it would be too difficult to remove without the tissue around it being damaged so Tina decided to leave it alone. Luckily after a while the pain died down. The lump has remained in her hand to this present day. It appears to change position, coming up to the surface and causing pain for a while, before moving deeper into her hand again. While it is likely that this lump has a medical explanation, there is the possibility it is an implant which has been put in to replace one that was taken out previously. The first step to determining if this is the case is to check whether the lump is metallic or not. I intend to check for this using a stud finder later this year when we next meet up. Wrinkled Grey On the 17th January 2017 Richard and Tina were over her mother’s house on Knighton Road. During the night Tina suddenly woke up for an unknown reason. Richard was there next to her fast asleep. She tried sitting up in bed but realised she could not sit all the way up, only lift up off the mattress. Looking towards the base of the bed she was surprised to find at least several Greys standing there. Most of them were completely hidden in shadow. However the nearest one she could see clearly enough to make out details. This one looked different to the others she had seen during her other contact experiences. It was quite short, no taller than 3 feet high, with white coloured skin. However what was most noticeable was that its skin was very wrinkled, making it appear really old. Also its head was more of a flattened heart shape, with two distinct sides separated by an indentation at the centre of its forehead. Drawing of the face of the wrinkled being: There are a number of other cases on record where this type of being has been encountered. Tina was not frightened by the presence of the beings. She sensed that they were there for her but that no harm would come to her. She felt resigned to whatever was going to take place. She cannot recall anything else after this point, just that they were there. The Mutilated Buffalo The following night Tina had a very strange dream. She was inside a clear sphere similar to the one she had been inside during the vision of the other planet she had been shown back in 2014. The sphere descended and entered a small square shaped room which was only about 10 feet across. She appeared to enter the room by floating through the upper corner. The room was completely white and very sterile looking. However it had some double doors which were made out of wood with glass windows. They appeared to be man-made rather than alien. There was some white coloured piping around the upper edge of the walls, and small devices positioned at intervals down the walls which appeared to be small cameras or lasers. Looking down Tina was shocked to see a large brown-haired buffalo lying on its side on the floor. It appeared to be dead and one of its front legs was cleanly severed and missing. There was no blood on the floor beneath it. The buffalo was lying next to a large rounded metallic device of some kind, and appeared to have been involved in a test or experiment of some kind. In response to this thought, the sphere moved downward and towards the doors, before passing straight through them. She was now in a white walled corridor. Further down the corridor she could see a number of men dressed in white scientific lab coats. One of the men began walking along the corridor heading in her direction. He got close enough to see in detail. He was about 5 foot 8 inches tall, had short brown hair and was in his late 30s to early 40s. He was wearing an ID badge with the name “David Bue” on it. Suddenly the man stopped moving. Tina was shocked and wondered if he could see her. She began to panic. The sphere retreated back into the room with the dead bison and then back into the top corner from where it had originally come. This is where the dream ended. When she woke up in the morning Tina recalled what had happened. Like her other contact experiences the details felt very vivid, like something she had actually experienced. Once she had got ready she tried entering the name David Bue on Facebook to see if anyone significant came up, but nobody did. This is a bizarre experience, and may well have been nothing more than a dream. There was no sign of any ETs present, and due to the fact that Tina has had many other encounters with Greys, it seems unlikely that they were using a screen memory in this instance. That said, the dead buffalo with the missing leg is interesting and could be linked to the animal mutilation phenomenon. Also the white clinical environment was somewhat similar to a craft. There is also the fact that she was inside floating sphere similar to one of her previous experiences. Whatever the explanation, I felt it was worth including in the report. Light Examination On a night in mid-December 2017, Tina went to sleep like normal. During the night she awoke to find that she couldn’t move or open her eyes. There were no sounds or noticeable smells. The temperature seemed normal. She was in a sitting position and felt like she was sitting on a curved chair made out of joined metallic cylinders. Above her was a very bright light which she could see through her eyelids. She remained in this position for what seemed like a long period of time. It felt like her forehead was being intensely blasted with strong light for an unknown reason. After a while she felt more relaxed for just a moment. She breathed in and her chest touched other similar metal cylinders positioned over her. At this point she realised she was not in an open area but was in fact caged. Towards the end of the experience, she felt like she was suddenly moved sideways. Her hand moved a small amount and touched one of the cylinders she was sitting on. It felt smooth and metallic, but not as cold as metal would usually feel. Soon after this she blacked out. When she woke up in the morning she felt really tired and drained of energy. However she forced herself to get up and go to work. The following night she had another very similar experience. This could have been a second separate abduction, or could potentially have been a flashback of what had occurred the first time. Since then it has so far not taken place again. Joint Abduction & Arm Marking During the night of Saturday 10th March 2018 Tina came round to find herself in a small room which was very dark. She was standing up and in front of her what was looked like a metallic reclining chair positioned at a slight angle, similar to a dentist chair. In this chair lay her mother who was fully dressed and appeared to be asleep. Tina felt like she had been drugged, her movements felt sluggish. Out of the darkness stepped two men. One was wearing a white polo neck shirt and brown trousers, and what appeared to be a latex pig mask which covered his head. The other man also had a different mask on but Tina cannot remember what it was. He walked up to her mother and took a hold of her right hand and began talking to her. Suddenly one of the walls of the room lifted up like a tent flap being opened. Beyond it Tina could see white light. A figure stepped forward into the room. It was a short Grey only about 2.5 feet in height. Its skin was white and smooth. Unlike the other Greys she had encountered in previous experiences, Tina sensed a female presence from this one. She was holding a round silver tray upon which was a large two-pronged fork-like instrument. It looked like it was made out of pale yellow coloured crystal and was at least a foot in length. The man wearing the pig mask picked up the fork-shaped instrument off the tray. The Grey looked directly at Tina. She got the sense that something was about to happen which the being was not happy about. The man in the pig mask dismissed the Grey with a wave of his hand and she exited the room. Before Tina could react, the man lurched towards her and stabbed her in the forehead with the instrument. She fell backwards and almost passed out at the impact for a couple of seconds. As she did so she felt her right arm bump into something solid. The man looked shocked that Tina was still conscious. As she tried to raise her arm to protect herself he stabbed her a second time in the same place and she blacked out. When she came to it was 7am and she was waking up in bed. She initially felt completely normal. As it was Mothers Day, she went down to the hall to lay out some flowers and a card for her mother, still in her nightie. Tina keeps her laptop on a side table in the hall. She decided before going up to get dressed she would log on and check her E-Mails. While she was doing this her mother came downstairs. She immediately exclaimed “Oh my god what have you done to yourself? Have you had a flu jab?” Tina asked her what she meant. Her mother pointed at her right arm which was exposed. Her upper right arm appeared reddish and swollen. In the middle of this irritation was a lump with what appeared to be numerous puncture marks around it. This was at the position where she had bumped her arm in the strange dream. Her mum responded saying “Don’t talk to me about last night!” Tina asked what she meant. She informed her that she was lying down in a dark room. Alongside her was an old woman that she knew from her past. The woman wanted to her stand up and go somewhere with her. She then grabbed hold of her right hand, and her touch was so cold that it burnt. The dream had un-nerving similarities to what Tina had dreamt about. She decided not to tell her mother about her dream as she did not want to frighten her. Instead she went back upstairs to get dressed. At this time she was feeling absolutely fine but as the hours passed she began to develop a headache that got progressively worse and worse. She took some paracetamol but this did not seem to help. That evening she settled down to sleep with her head still pounding. During the week Tina began to feel gradually more and more tired despite the fact she was getting enough sleep. The following Saturday morning Tina found that she could not move and was finding it very hard to breathe. She felt like she had a burning fever and was very dizzy. Richard realised something was very wrong. He helped her to her feet and put her on her mother’s stair lift to get her downstairs. Suddenly Tina felt a massive surge of extreme pain. She collapsed to the floor and began vomiting. Her mother immediately phoned an ambulance. Tina blacked out. When she came round she saw two female members of the ambulance crew looking down at her. She was in and out of consciousness but remembers them putting a heart monitor on her. They then attempted to use a defibrillator on her. But when they did they found it was drained of power. They also tried putting a cuff on her to take her blood pressure. But once again they found that it had no power. Tina overheard them calling for another emergency ambulance. Eventually the other crew arrived and lifted her on a stretcher into the back of the ambulance. Tina recalls that once again some of the equipment in the ambulance appeared to have ran out of batteries. It is unknown if these power failures were just down to bad luck, or if Tina was somehow draining them of energy. I have investigated numerous contact cases before where experiencers have informed me that electrical objects often drain of power in their proximity. When she arrived at A&E they performed numerous tests and found that her blood pressure was very low indeed. Tina still had a high temperature and felt feverish. The nurse in the room took some blood and began to perform some tests. After a while a doctor entered the room. She explained that they didn’t know what was going on and had to take some more blood. They asked her if she’d had a fall and informed her that the nerve at the back of her brain was swollen, and that this was a common indication of bleeding. However when they performed a brain scan on her, they informed her that there was no evidence of fluid build-up and this did not appear to be the reason behind her symptoms. They informed her that they were going to get equipment to test for a stroke. Suddenly another nurse wearing a yellow gown and mask entered the room. She pushed the doctor out of the way, forcefully grabbed hold of Tina’s arm. The doctor asked “What are you doing? We’ve already taken blood!” The nurse said that they needed to re-test her blood. She then jabbed Tina’s arm and took another blood sample. She then said that they were going to take her elsewhere. Angrily the doctor asked “I didn’t authorise this. Who are you? Where are you planning to take this patient?” The nurse informed her that she didn’t know. The doctor continued “How can you take her if you don’t know what ward you are taking her to?” This question was never adequately answered. The nurse wheeled Tina out of the room and took her to an isolation room on the night ward. She then left the room leaving her on her own wondering what was going on. After a while the doctor entered the room. She was clearly furious at what had taken place. She said “I don’t know why they have put you in here. I’m not happy about it, you’re my patient.” She then continued to check her face and toes for signs of bleeding. This went on for about ten minutes and then the doctor left. A different nurse entered and gave her some antibiotics. The nurse visited twice more through the night. She asked the nurse “Why am I here? Have I got an infection?” The nurse informed her that she was not qualified enough to answer her question. In the morning another doctor who she had not seen before entered the room. They informed her that she had suffered a migraine and that she would be able to go home. Tina exclaimed “You kept me in isolation overnight just for a migraine?” The doctor did not respond to this. They instead cleared up all the blood samples that had been taken and left the room. After a short while the nurse entered the room again. Tina explained to the nurse that she’d been released and could go home. The nurse asked “What do you mean?” Tina explained what had happened with the doctor. The nurse looked puzzled. She informed Tina that the ward doctor had not yet come round. She had no idea who the doctor was who had taken the samples away! That evening Tina was finally given some migraine tablets and then released from hospital. The discharge sheet said she had suffered a migraine but this made no sense to Tina considering what she had been through. And as for what happened at the hospital with unknown doctors and nurses taking samples, this remains a mystery. Discharge paper for the isolation ward confirming a migraine as the reason for the symptoms: Had this just been down to a break in communication? Hospitals can be chaotic places at times and perhaps due to the urgency of the situation certain individuals had not been properly informed of what was taking place. But at the back of my mind I can’t help but wonder whether the strange dream Tina recalled was a joint abduction of her and her mother, perhaps partially changed through screen memories. And if so had they done something to her blood, something which certain people wanted to test for? I can only give you the facts as Tina reported them to me - facts which can be interpreted in a number of ways. Attempted Abduction of Friend’s Daughter In late December 2017 Tina went on holiday to Bodmin, Cornwall for the weekend with her friend Samantha, and Samantha’s daughter Karen. They stayed at a bed & breakfast in the local area (name ommitted for privacy reasons), as Samantha was friends with the owners Peter and Margaret. On the Sunday evening they all had a meal together. After dinner Tina began washing the dishes. Suddenly the small lump in her right hand began to cause extreme pain. Samantha and Margaret could see she was in trouble. They took a look at her hand and could actually see it pulsating with the pain. It lasted for about 2 minutes before easing up and stopping completely. Margaret seemed a little disturbed by what had happened. She noticed the scar on Tina’s hand, and Tina mentioned that she used to have something else in her hand which was taken out. After staying up a while longer everyone headed to their respective rooms to go to sleep. Tina soon dropped off and slept really well. At around 4am she got out of bed to use the bathroom. When she exited her room to walk across to it she found Samantha standing in the doorway of her room. She looked pale and shaken up. When Samantha saw Tina she immediately exclaimed “Oh my god Tina! We’ve had a really freaky night. Did you not hear us?” Tina replied “No, I’ve had a really good night’s sleep. Is everything alright?” Samantha said “No. There was something in my room last night. They tried to take Karen!” At first Tina thought she was joking but soon realised she was not. Samantha asked her to go downstairs with her to chat. They got a hot drink and then she went over what had happened. According to Samantha, Karen was finding it hard to get to sleep. She kept complaining that she was too hot. After a while of sitting up with her, Samantha saw what appeared to be some small glowing white orbs of light drifting across the room near to the window. She then saw the window and surrounding wall start to vibrate, almost like interference of some kind. She asked Karen if she could see what she could see, and she confirmed that she could. When I met with Samantha to discuss this incident, she informed me that Karen possesses a psychic gift and can sometimes see things others do not. What happened next could only be seen by Karen. All Samantha saw was Karen start to react to something which was taking place. After she had calmed back down Samantha asked her what had happened. According to Karen she had seen three beings enter the room through the window. Two of them were very tall and shadow-like, the other was shorter and could be seen more clearly. They had come there to take her with them. The smaller one backed off out of the window leaving the two tall beings. Karen believes that she has a guardian angel who watches over her. In her mind she heard him shout at the beings “You’re not taking this one!” This blunt refusal seemed to work, and the two figures had then exited the room. Karen was understandably very upset about what had taken place. After telling Tina what had happened, Samantha took a cup of tea up to Karen. After a few minutes they both came back down. It was immediately obvious how much the incident had affected them both, so Tina did not press them for further information. Tina expected both Peter and Margaret to join them for breakfast. However only Margaret came downstairs. She then mentioned that Peter had had a really strange dream during the night. Instead of his room he had found himself in a hospital-like location and there were a number of teenagers standing around the bed looking at him. It soon became apparent to Tina that Margaret was not happy about her being there. It seemed almost like she was somehow blaming her for what had happened. Tina says that Margaret is quite superstitious so may have associated the unusual pain in her hand with what happened during the night. The fact that both Samantha and Karen, and Peter and Margaret had strange occurrences go on during the same night is fascinating. It certainly sounds like Samantha and Karen underwent a visitation, one which very nearly led to an abduction. Although Samantha did not actually see the entities themselves, she did observe other phenomena taking place in the room beforehand. The dream that Peter experienced also sounds like it may have been either a visitation or abduction covered with a screen memory. Tina has no recollection of anything taking place directly, although there is always the potential that something did which was subsequently blanked out. But could these other experiences have taken place because of her presence? Possible Scoop Mark On the 18th February 2018 Tina was lying in bed alongside Richard watching TV. Suddenly she felt a slight soreness on her right hip. She initially assumed she had accidentally laid on the remote control. However when she checked she found this was not the case. Instead she found a small rounded indentation in her hip. Photographs of the indentation: Tina was quite sure that this was new and not something which had been present a while. This is backed up by the fact that she had only just felt any pain from it. There was nothing on the bed that she could have leant on to cause the injury. It has remained there ever since. While a mundane explanation cannot be ruled out, like the indentation found on her chest this could potentially be a scoop mark. There is the possibility that Tina had an abduction experience during the night which was wiped from her memory. Conclusion This is an absolutely massive case with many unusual elements. Tina has seemingly had some incredibly deep and complex interactions with ETs over the years. While these interactions could be dismissed as nothing more than vivid dreams considering the fact that they have occurred mostly during the night while Tina has been in bed, there are many aspects which do not suggest this explanation. Firstly the majority of the beings Tina has encountered over the years, the surroundings she has found herself in, and the experiences she has undergone fit very closely with other known contact cases from around the world. These experiences began for Tina a long time before she started looking into the contact subject so it is very unlikely she dreamt them up based on things she had seen or read about. The various body markings that Tina has found have often been linked directly with these experiences, and have sometimes been quite dramatic or backed up by official medical statements. While it is easy to dismiss a small area of sore skin, it is much harder to dismiss extensive bruising, or actual puncture wounds. It would be ridiculous to suggest that these were down to accidental damage or have a psychometric explanation. It is clear that Tina has had numerous genuine medical issues over the years, but not everything which has taken place can be attributed to this. The possible implants which have been extracted are also fascinating, as at least the first one appeared to be metallic. While a metal splinter of some kind cannot be entirely ruled out, there are certainly a number of aspects which would fit with it being contact related. As with a number of other large-scale repeater cases I have investigated, it appears that it has not just been Tina who has experienced these things. Her partners, family and friends have also sometimes been involved to one extent or another. This again supports the idea that these experiences are actually taking place. Tina has expressed interest in going for a regression to explore some of her experiences and see if any further details come to light. If this goes ahead as planned in the coming months, and if the regression is successful, I will update this report with the findings. It is also extremely likely that Tina will have further contact experiences in due course. If she decides to keep me up-to-date on proceedings they will be also be added as necessary. I will end by once again thanking Tina for her extensive efforts in sharing all this information with me. Throughout the investigation she has been open, honest and patient. Putting together a report of this magnitude requires dedication from the witness as well as the investigator, and without her on-going involvement this would not have been possible.
